If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return all unworn, undamaged
Items within 14 days of delivered date . Items must be returned in original condition, with original tags, with no evidence of stains or odour . Any items returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to customer from Colnaya clothing.
Sale items or items bought with discount code are only viable for exchange or store credit.
We do not offer free returns , in the event that an order is incorrect or faulty please contact us . Items must be returned in the same condition that items were received.
If items do not match original condition and cannot be resold then the goods will be returned to purchasing customer
